Job Summary:

The "Warehouse Helper" supports the warehouse and distribution operations by handling stock loading and unloading, accompanying delivery vans on assigned routes, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to clients. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload all stocks from the warehouse and delivery vehicles

Assist in organizing and securing items inside delivery vans

Travel in delivery vans along assigned routes to deliver supplies

Deliver goods to clients/stores and ensure items match delivery documents

Confirm and obtain client receipt acknowledgments for delivered goods

Report delivery discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately

Support inventory handling and basic warehouse tasks when required

Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and delivery vehicles

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery support is an advantage

Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items

Willingness to travel daily on delivery routes

Basic understanding of delivery documents and receipt confirmation

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings
