Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Burger Chef for our semi-gourmet burger restaurant. This role requires skill in crafting high-quality burgers using fresh ingredients while ensuring consistency, presentation, and excellent taste.


Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook gourmet and semi-gourmet burgers to recipe standards
• Grill meats to specified doneness and ensure quality control
• Prepare fresh ingredients including sauces, toppings, and sides
• Maintain high standards of presentation and portion control
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene practices
• Assist with stock management and ingredient preparation
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience as a burger chef, grill cook, or line cook preferred
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and burger assembly
• Attention to detail and passion for quality food
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
• Culinary training or experience with gourmet burgers is an advantage

Work Conditions:
