Job Title: Cake Maker / Baker

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake cakes according to bakery recipes and standards
• Make cake sponges, fillings, frostings, and basic decorations
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation
• Measure ingredients accurately and follow food safety guidelines
• Operate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, tools)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Assist with daily production planning
• Handle orders and meet deadlines efficiently

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a cake maker or baker (preferred)
• Knowledge of cake baking techniques and basic decoration
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and improve skills

Preferred Skills (Optional):
• Experience with mini cakes and cheesecakes
• Basic piping and finishing skills
• Experience in commercial kitchen or bakery
