Key Responsibilities & Duties: (only Omani Girl)
Marketing Strategy: Create and execute marketing plans, including social media, local promotions, and branding initiatives to boost visibility.
Sales Generation: Drive revenue by soliciting group bookings, private events, and catering opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
Digital Presence: Manage social media platforms, websites, and review sites (Yelp, TripAdvisor) to enhance online reputation.
Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of in-store events, parties, and holiday promotions.
Data Analysis: Monitor sales reports and competitor data to adjust strategies and maximize profitability.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and analyze the ROI of promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in restaurant marketing, hospitality sales, or event management.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
