Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Building Materials
Location: Oman
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a building material or sanitary showroom

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to work inside our building material showroom. The candidate should have good product knowledge and be confident in handling customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements

Provide accurate information about building materials, sanitary items, paints, and related equipment

Assist customers in product selection and explain specifications and usage

Handle paint mixing (if experienced) and basic showroom operations

Prepare quotations and coordinate with store and billing staff

Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper product display

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a building material or sanitary showroom

Good knowledge of building materials, sanitary ware, and paints

Must know English and Hindi (Arabic is a strong plus)

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Ready to join immediately
