We're Hiring: BE Civil engineers or
Location: Muscat, Oman
Employment Type: Permanent

We are looking for a skilled BE Civil Engineer or with strong experience in Structural and Architectural and interior fit-out projects to handle execution, coordination, and supervision of Structural and Architectural and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. The candidate must be capable of managing site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

:
-Supervise and execute Structural, Architectural and MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) for fit-out projects
-Review Structural and Architectural and MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution
-Coordinate with design, civil, and fit-out teams for smooth project progress
-Ensure installation is as per approved drawings and project standards
-Monitor subcontractors and site workforce productivity
-Conduct site inspections, Structural and Architectural, testing & commissioning of MEP systems
-Prepare progress reports and update project managers regularly
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and local authority regulations
-Identify and resolve technical issues at site
-Support material submittals, method statements, and approvals

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in BE, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Proven experience in Villa, interior fit-out / commercial projects (offices, retail, hotels, etc. )
Strong knowledge of structure and architecture and HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
