Hiring: Service In-Charge – Fine Dining Restaurant

Location: Al hail
Restaurant Type: Fine Dining



Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily service operations
• Supervise waitstaff and ensure luxury service standards
• Handle guest interactions and complaints politely
• Coordinate between kitchen and service team
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service SOPs
• Manage shifts and service flow during peak hours

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Service In-Charge / Captain / Supervisor
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service knowledge
• Fine dining experience preferred
• English required (Arabic is an advantage)
