Description

We are a growing construction company in Oman and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Officer who can bring new construction projects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Promote company services and construction projects
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth
Coordinate with the project and admin teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (construction or building materials preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
Valid driver’s license (if field sales is required)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM is a plus)
