URGENT HIRING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) Engineer– CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Location: Muscat, Oman (Site-based, with possible travel across Oman)
We are urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Muscat.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and interim valuations
Measure site works as per drawings and specifications
Handle variation claims, RA bills submission, and final accounts
Cost control, material/labor monitoring, and contract administration
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams for commercial matters.

Strict Requirements (Only candidates meeting ALL apply):
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of Gulf experience (more preferred) in construction projects.

Salary: Depend on the interview negotiation

Currently in Oman with valid residence visa
Immediately available for joining (no notice period)

Indian nationality preferred

Strong knowledge of cost estimation, FIDIC contracts, and construction regulations
Proficiency in MS Excel, Candy/CostX (advantage)

Valid Oman driving license (preferred)
