Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Bowsher, Muscat, Oman
Salary: OMR 200 – 250 (Based on experience)

- Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage complete housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

- Responsibilities:
*Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas
*Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
*Assign daily tasks and prepare staff duty rosters
*Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff performance
*Ensure rooms are ready on time for guest check-in
*Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments
*Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints
*Maintain linen control and monitor housekeeping inventory
*Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment
*Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
*Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations
*Maintain housekeeping records and daily room status reports
*Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and operational standards

- Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years of hotel housekeeping experience
*Supervisory experience mandatory
*Must communicate in Arabic and English
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure

- Benefits:
