Job Opportunity: Sales Coordinator
We are a leading food trading company in Oman, dedicated to supplying high-quality products to the retail sector nationwide. We are looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Sales Coordinator to join our operations team and ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Order Management: Efficiently processing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and converting them into Sales Orders.
* Invoicing: Accurately punching invoices into our system with high attention to detail.
* Documentation: Systematic filing and organization of all sales-related paperwork.
* Data Integrity: Ensuring all data entered into the system is correct and up-to-date.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Excel Expert: Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting, and reporting).
* Tech-Savy: A strong grip on computer operations and the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Vigilance: High level of alertness and accuracy; you must be someone who catches the small errors before they become big problems.
* Efficiency: Ability to handle high-volume data processing in a fast-paced trading environment.
* Experience: Prior experience in the food industry or retail supply chain is a plus.
