Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic with strong expertise in European vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, handling complex mechanical repairs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety within the workshop.

This role requires technical excellence, leadership capability, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform full vehicle diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools and systems
Carry out comprehensive repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension systems, braking systems, and electrical components
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
Supervise and guide junior mechanics when required
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards
Maintain strict adherence to workshop safety regulations and procedures
Communicate clearly with management regarding repair progress, technical issues, and parts requirements
Inspect completed repairs to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements

Strong experience as a full automotive mechanic
Proven hands-on experience working with European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, etc. )
Advanced knowledge of engine, transmission, electrical, and diagnostic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic reports
Leadership ability and team supervision experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and quality standards

المهام والمسؤوليات

إجراء فحص شامل وتشخيص الأعطال باستخدام أجهزة وأنظمة التشخيص الحديثة
تنفيذ إصلاحات كاملة للمحركات، ونواقل الحركة (الجير)، وأنظمة التعليق، والفرامل، والأنظمة الكهربائية
تشخيص وحل الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية المعقدة بكفاءة عالية
الإشراف على الميكانيكيين المبتدئين وتوجيههم عند الحاجة
ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفق أعلى معايير الجودة
الالتزام التام بإجراءات وأنظمة السلامة داخل الورشة
التواصل بوضوح مع الإدارة بخصوص تقدم الأعمال والمشكلات الفنية واحتياجات قطع الغيار
فحص الأعمال المنجزة للتأكد من رضا العملاء وجودة الخدمة
المتطلبات

خبرة قوية كميكانيكي سيارات متكامل
خبرة عملية مثبتة في التعامل مع السيارات الأوروبية (مثل: BMW، مرسيدس، أودي، فولكس فاجن وغيرها)
معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة المحركات، ونواقل الحركة، والأنظمة الكهربائية، وأجهزة التشخيص
القدرة على قراءة وفهم الكتيبات الفنية وتقارير الفحص
مهارات قيادية وقدرة على الإشراف
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات
