Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our sourcing and purchasing operations. The role involves supplier coordination, price negotiation, and preparation of quotations in line with company policies.



Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
• Source required materials and obtain the best possible pricing
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers
• Prepare and issue quotations to clients as per company guidelines
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely procurement and order processing



Eligibility / Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: 12th grade (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Salary: OMR 200 per month
