Job Overview:

Binaa Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will oversee civil engineering projects and ensure execution in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
2. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
3. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
4. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
5. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
6. Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently
7. Monitor and control material usage to avoid wastage
8. Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
2. Strong expertise in Civil Engineering design and construction practices
3. Experience in project planning and site management
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
6. Professional registration/certification (if required)

Experience Requirements:
1.7–8 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision
2. Must be currently available in Salalah or willing to relocate
3. Immediate joiners will be given preference
