Job Description

A leading, high-end construction company in Oman is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Civil) to manage and deliver large-scale construction projects, including high-rise buildings and major developments. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven experience within the GCC construction market.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from planning to final handover
• Control project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, prepare detailed reports, and manage project risks
• Lead, guide, and mentor site engineers and project teams

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven experience in high-rise and large-scale building projects
• GCC / Oman experience is mandatory
• PMP certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
