Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for 5G PC bottles.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective action when required.
Team Supervision
Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure effective market coverage.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Train new sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Market Development
Identify new customers and business opportunities.
Expand distribution network in assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts team.
Stock & Inventory Monitoring
Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability.
Monitor stock movement and avoid stock shortages or overstock.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain records of sales activities and customer visits.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
Promotional Activities
Implement marketing and promotional campaigns in the market.
Monitor visibility and branding of products in retail outlets.
Compliance & Company Policies
Ensure team follows company policies and procedures.
Maintain discipline and professional conduct within the team.
