Key Responsibilities (Cleaners)
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain dust-free surfaces.
Clean and sanitize toilets, washrooms, basins, mirrors, and fixtures.
Dust furniture, ledges, equipment, glass partitions, and window areas.
Empty waste bins and dispose garbage as per waste segregation guidelines.
Refill consumables such as tissue, soap, sanitizer, and paper towels.
Clean doors, handles, switches, lift panels, and other touch points regularly.
Perform periodic deep cleaning as instructed by the supervisor
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Use cleaning chemicals according to instructions and safety guidelines.
Report spills, hazards, damages, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Place warning signage during cleaning to prevent accidents.
Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and machines.
Avoid wastage of cleaning materials and consumables.
Maintain polite and professional behavior at the client premises.
Follow site rules, security regulations, and company policies.
Do not engage in arguments or unnecessary conversations with clients or staff.
Report client complaints or special requests to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and site activities
Follow duty roster, shift timing, and attendance procedures.
Inform supervisor in advance in case of absence or emergency.

Key Responsibilities (For Gardeners)
Water plants, trees, lawns, and shrubs as per irrigation schedule.
Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain uniform appearance.
Prune trees, hedges, and bushes to promote healthy growth.
Remove weeds from garden beds, pathways, and paved areas.
Replace dead plants and maintain plant arrangements.
Maintain flower beds and seasonal plantation as instructed.
Level soil and maintain garden contours
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and soil conditioners as directed
Report damaged or dying plants to supervisor immediately.
Protect plants during extreme weather conditions.
Operate and monitor irrigation systems (manual/automatic).
Adjust sprinklers to ensure proper water coverage.
Detect and report water leakage or irrigation faults.
Clean and store tools properly after use
Keep walkways and garden areas neat and hazard-free.
Maintain cleanliness of pots, planters, and decorative areas.
Follow safety procedures while handling chemicals and tools.
Wear PPE such as gloves, boots, goggles, and mask when required.
Avoid water stagnation to prevent accidents or pests
Maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.
Follow site rules, security instructions, and company policies.
Do not engage in arguments with client staff or visitors.
Report complaints or special landscaping requests to supervisor.
Follow assigned duty schedule and attendance procedures.
Inform supervisor in advance in case of absence.
Maintain daily gardening checklist and report completed tasks.
