Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Building Materials
Company: Sur Bahla Building Material & Sanitary Showroom
Location: Nakhl / Barka/ Uqda. Oman

Job Summary:
Sur Bahla Building Material & Sanitary Showroom is looking for experienced Customer Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the building material industry and be able to assist customers at the counter, provide product guidance, and ensure smooth sales operations inside the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend customers at the showroom counter in a professional and friendly manner.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable building materials and sanitary products.

Identify and locate products in the store or warehouse when required.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with billing processes.

Maintain proper display and arrangement of products inside the showroom.

Coordinate with store staff for product availability and stock movement.

Provide accurate information about product specifications, brands, and prices.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness and product organization.

Support the sales team and branch management in achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in building material or sanitary showroom is mandatory.

Good knowledge of building materials such as cement, steel, plumbing items, sanitary ware, tools, paints, and related products.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Basic computer knowledge for billing and invoicing.

Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.

Ability to join immediately.

Preferred:

Experience working in building material showrooms in Oman or GCC.

Knowledge of local market products and suppliers.
