Description

1. Marketing Planning & Strategy

Develop a comprehensive marketing plan covering monthly, quarterly, and annual activities, and prepare reports to ensure that marketing objectives and strategies are achieved.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth, product development, and increased sales.

Monitor sales performance to ensure marketing strategies are effectively contributing to business growth.

Identify and implement new marketing channels to expand brand reach and campaign effectiveness.

2. Brand Management

Develop and implement strategies to improve and update the company’s brand guidelines to enhance brand recognition.

Strengthen and enhance the brand image and reputation through consistent messaging, strategic content management, creative collaboration across media channels, and partnerships with social media influencers.

Develop and implement menu and signboard guidelines to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all outlets.

3. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

Plan, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, OOH, and digital/social media platforms to promote company products and services.

Ensure the success of marketing campaigns by managing communications with stakeholders, internal teams, and external customers.

Plan and execute menu launches and promotional campaigns, including Limited-Time Offers (LTOs), in coordination with relevant departments.

Represent the company at events and promotional activities and serve as a spokesperson when required.

4. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Oversee the Marketing Team in managing all social media accounts in accordance with company policies and brand standards.

Manage the company’s digital communication channels, including WhatsApp, email, and telephone, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

Manage Google Business Profiles for all brands and optimize profiles to increase brand visibility.

Lead the development and continuous improvement of all company websites (brand and corporate websites) in coordination with web developers and designers.

Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and strengthen Google search visibility.

Increase online visibility by managing and optimizing A, B, and C listings across search engines and digital platforms.

5. Delivery Platforms & Online Services

Manage and monitor online delivery platforms for all brands to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.

Oversee the marketing side of delivery partners (e. g. , Talabat, TM Done, etc. ) and coordinate with relevant departments such as Accounts and Operations.

6. Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead, supervise, and support the Marketing Team across all brands to ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities and campaigns.

7. Customer Experience & Public Relations

Monitor customer satisfaction through reviews, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.

Manage customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues according to company policies and procedures.

Manage press relations and public relations strategies to maintain a positive corporate image.

8. Policies, Documentation & Franchising Support

Develop, implement, and continuously improve marketing policies, SOPs, forms, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain marketing manuals to support franchising operations.

9. Budget & Performance Reporting

Manage marketing expenses by preparing and monitoring the annual marketing budget and controlling unnecessary costs.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual marketing reports covering marketing activities, campaign performance, and customer complaints, and recommend contingency plans when necessary.

10. Other Responsibilities

Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
