Description

We are looking for an experienced Flower Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the flower shop
- Prepare creative flower arrangements and bouquets
- Develop sales and business opportunities
- Handle customer orders, quotations, and pricing
- Promote products through social media platforms
- Coordinate flower arrangements for events and special occasions (weddings, corporate events, celebrations)
- Supervise florists and shop staff to ensure quality service
- Manage stock procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination

Requirements:
Experience working in or managing a flower shop business
Strong floral design and flower arrangement skills
Good understanding of sales and marketing
Ability to prepare quotations and manage client orders
Experience supporting or coordinating events and floral setups
Good English communication skills
Familiar with social media apps for marketing and customer communication
