1. Lead Mechanic (Full Technician)

Responsibilities:

Perform full vehicle diagnostics and repairs
Handle engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electrical work
Supervise and guide junior mechanics when needed
Ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
Communicate clearly with management regarding repairs and issues
Requirements:

Strong experience as a full automotive mechanic
Ability to work independently
Experience with American, Japanese, or Korean vehicles is a plus


2. B-Type Mechanic (Tires & Light Repairs) – 1 Position

Responsibilities:

Tire installation, balancing, and repairs
Basic maintenance (oil changes, brakes, small mechanical repairs)
Assist the lead mechanic when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop
Requirements:

Basic to intermediate mechanical experience
Knowledge of tire work and minor repairs
Willingness to learn and follow instructions

نبحث حاليًا عن تعيين الوظائف التالية في ورشة تصليح سيارات:

1. ميكانيكي أول (فني شامل) – عدد 1

المهام:

فحص وتشخيص الأعطال وإصلاح السيارات بشكل كامل
العمل على المحركات، نواقل الحركة، نظام التعليق، الفرامل، والكهرباء
الإشراف وتوجيه الميكانيكيين المساعدين عند الحاجة
ضمان جودة العمل والالتزام بمعايير السلامة
التواصل مع الإدارة بخصوص الأعطال والإصلاحات
المتطلبات:

خبرة قوية في ميكانيكا السيارات الشاملة
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل
خبرة في السيارات الأمريكية أو اليابانية أو الكورية تُعد ميزة إضافية
2. ميكانيكي فئة B (إطارات وأعمال خفيفة) – عدد 1

المهام:

تركيب وتصليح وموازنة الإطارات
صيانة خفيفة (تغيير زيت، فرامل، إصلاحات بسيطة)
مساعدة الميكانيكي الأول عند الحاجة
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم الورشة
المتطلبات:

خبرة أساسية إلى متوسطة في الميكانيكا
معرفة بأعمال الإطارات والإصلاحات البسيطة
الاستعداد للتعلم والالتزام بالتعليمات
