Job Opening: Business Development Executive (Female)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

Position: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as a BDE
Gender: Female

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct meetings and follow-ups with potential clients
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Maintain proper reporting and client records

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive (mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proactive and result-oriented attitude

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates who can speak Hindi, Malayalam, and English will be given preference
