We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team.

Requirements:

Filipino nationality (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented
Previous front office or receptionist experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk operations
Maintain office records and coordinate appointments
Provide administrative support as needed
