💼 Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a highly experienced IT Manager / IT Supervisor to oversee and manage all IT operations across the Alburaq Group. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining servers, websites, applications, and supervising remote IT teams across multiple regions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain:
• Company servers & hosting environments
• Domains and DNS configurations
• Websites and web applications
• Mobile applications (Taxi, Delivery, E-commerce)
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime & security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Supervise and coordinate with IT teams across:
• Oman
• Egypt
• Jordan
• GCC countries
• Manage company-wide IT infrastructure and networks
• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery systems
• Oversee software updates, system upgrades, and integrations
• Maintain IT documentation and system records
• Support and manage company social media technical aspects (integration, automation, etc.)
• Provide technical support to internal departments

👨‍💻 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT management
• Strong knowledge of:
• Web hosting & servers (Linux/Windows)
• Domain & DNS management
• Website management (WordPress, custom platforms)
• Mobile app systems
• Networking & cybersecurity
• Experience in managing remote teams
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple systems and companies simultaneously

🌟 Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital platforms
• Social media technical management experience
