We are looking for a Production Supervisor cum Admin to manage day-to-day workshop operations in our door manufacturing unit in Barka.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities and ensure work targets are met

Monitor quality, productivity, and workshop discipline

Coordinate with sales team for job orders and delivery timelines

Manage workshop administration, attendance, and basic HR records

Handle basic accounts work (invoices, petty cash, stock records)

Maintain material inventory and coordinate with suppliers

Ensure safety and proper use of machines and tools

Requirements:

Previous experience in door / window manufacturing workshop (mandatory)

Experience as Production Supervisor or Workshop In-charge

Basic knowledge of admin and accounts

Ability to manage workers and meet deadlines

Computer skills (Excel, basic accounting records)
