Proper mix ratio (1:4 / 1:6)
Smooth & level finishing
Crack repair & surface preparation
Use of tools (trowel, float, level)
📌 Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience
Skilled in plastering work
Ready for Gulf work conditions
