Workshop Incharge
The role of a Workshop Incharge in a fit-out company involves overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Planning and monitoring workshop activities to ensure service standards and delivery are met.
Managing resource utilization and vendor relations to optimize operations.
Coordinating with local workshops for tools, manpower, and parts.
Monitoring customer service and maintaining customer sign-offs to avoid disputes.
Ensuring high uptime of vehicles and following service schedules for maintenance.
Managing warranty repairs and assisting the Warranty Administrator.
This role requires a strong understanding of workshop infrastructure, tools, equipment, and performance indicators. Candidates should possess experience in heavy commercial vehicles repair and have good relations with clients to obtain works. A transferable iqama is also required for immediate joining.
