Job Overview: We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to manage the vehicle service process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist customers.
2. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including cost estimates and timelines.
3. Coordinate repairs with technicians.
4. Maintain service records.
5. Handle customer queries and complaints.
6. Promote additional services.
7. Manage inventory, invoicing, reports, and purchase orders.
8. Ensure compliance and support team goals.

Qualifications:
Graduation. or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Experience as a supervisor.
Knowledge of repair procedures.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in automotive software.
Valid driving license preferred.
