Performance Marketing Specialist (catering and Restaurant)

We are looking for a results-driven marketer to increase daily orders for our kitchen in Oman.

Main Goal:
Increase daily sales through both paid ads and organic marketing

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Create engaging organic content (Reels, TikTok, daily posts)
- Develop marketing campaigns and offers to boost daily orders
- Monitor performance (Cost per Order, ROI, conversions)
- Analyze results and continuously improve campaigns

Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant or food marketing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of paid ads (Meta & TikTok Ads)
- Experience in organic content creation (short videos)
- Ability to generate real sales (not just followers)
- Understanding of Oman market is a plus

Salary:
Based on experience + performance bonus (based on sales results)
