Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Rental Sales & Marketing Executive for our car rental division in Oman. The candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle rental sales, customer acquisition, corporate account handling, and market development. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and negotiation skills with good knowledge of the Oman/GCC automobile rental market.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and expand car rental business by identifying new customers and corporate clients.
Generate leads and achieve monthly rental sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, travel agencies, hotels, and individual clients.
Promote short-term and long-term vehicle rental solutions to customers.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities in Oman region.
Prepare rental quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability and customer delivery schedules.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in the rental market.
Support marketing activities, promotions, and branding initiatives to increase rental business.
Ensure timely collection and documentation related to rental agreements.
Requirements & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in car rental sales & marketing in Oman or GCC market.
Strong knowledge of vehicle rental operations and customer handling.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of corporate fleet rental business will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems preferred.
Valid GCC/Oman driving license preferred.
Arabic language knowledge will be an added advantage.
