Description

Duties and responsibilities
• Support the Contracts Manager in managing tendering, contract documentation, and commercial processes while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Review and prepare tender documents, NDAs, and technical/commercial pre-tender agreements.
• Draft and summarize contract terms, conditions, and risk assessments.
• Maintain organized records of tenders, bids, and contract documents.
• Assist in developing project-specific terms and flow-down provisions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in individual services, plant supply, and landscaping.
• Assist in preparing variation orders and claims with supporting documentation.
• Schedule meetings and record minutes related to contractual matters.
• Research new contract opportunities and support business development efforts.
• Contract Management, Tendering Process, Documentation Control, Risk Analysis, Communication, Business Development.
• Identifying and securing new, sustainable contracting opportunities.
• Sales targets will be defined within the performance indicators.
• Perform any other duties or additional tasks as assigned based on business requirements


Qualifications and Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in securing contracting opportunities within the facilities management sector.
• Experience in the Gulf market, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Omani market.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Landscaping or soft services (cleaning, security, pest control).
