Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant for an FMCG startup company to manage day-to-day accounting operations, AP/AR, inventory accounting, VAT compliance, product costing, budgeting support, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:•

Manage financial accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, supplier/customer reconciliations, and credit control
l• Monitor inventory transactions, stock reconciliations, and COGS• Prepare product costing, profitability, and margin analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning• Ensure VAT compliance and regulatory reporting
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and management reports
• Support audits, internal controls, and process improvements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Experience in FMCG accounting preferred• Strong knowledge of ERP/accounting systems, inventory accounting, and VAT
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills
* 3+ Years Experience in Oman
