Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for an FMCG startup company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team within the FMCG sector and other product categories of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage and grow distributor, wholesale, retail, and key accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
• Ensure effective distribution coverage and product availability
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Monitor sales KPIs, collections, and customer outstanding balances
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and product launches
• Build strong relationships with customers and business partners• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Ensure execution of trade promotions and merchandising activities
• Maintain compliance with company policies and reporting procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of FMCG sales experience, including team management in Oman
• Strong knowledge of distribution, retail sales, and market operations
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting systems
