HEAD CHEF REQUIRED – AL KHUWAIR

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef for a grill-based restaurant concept in Al Khuwair, Muscat.

Requirements:• Strong experience in grills, shawarma, burgers or Middle Eastern concepts• Kitchen management and staff training experience• Good understanding of food cost and kitchen operations• Ability to maintain consistency and quality during busy service• Leadership and team management skills

Preference for candidates currently based in Oman or GCC.
