Growth & Marketing Manager (F&B) – Oman

We are building and scaling a portfolio of fast-growing F&B brands in Oman, spanning dine-in, delivery, and subscription models.

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager who is obsessed with driving revenue—not just content or branding.

🎯 Your Mission

Own and drive sales growth across all brands through structured campaigns, offers, and performance marketing.

🔥 What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns for each brand
* Manage paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) with clear ROI targets
* Develop offers and promotions that increase sales and average order value
* Lead influencer collaborations and partnerships
* Optimize Talabat and online delivery performance
* Work closely with operations on product launches and menu strategy
* Track and report weekly performance (sales, ROI, cost per order)

🧠 What We’re Looking For

* 3–7 years in marketing/growth (F&B, food delivery, or QSR preferred)
* Strong understanding of performance marketing & campaigns
* Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (ads + influencers + offers)
* Data-driven mindset (comfortable with numbers, not just creatives)
* Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously
* Experience in GCC market is a strong plus
