Description

Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage items.
3. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar staff.
4. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
5. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized before and after service.
6. Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
7. Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
8. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
9. Follow company service standards and health & safety regulations.
10. Assist in setting up for events, banquets, or special functions when required.
11. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
12. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
13. Perform any other duties assigned by management related to restaurant operations.
