Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant cum Supervisor to oversee daily financial tasks and store floor operations at our hypermarket. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily cash counters and point-of-sale reconciliations. Prepare weekly financial statements, ledgers, and expense reports. Supervise floor staff, cashiers, and customer service teams. Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory auditing cycles. Resolve customer escalations and ensure smooth store operations. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or hypermarkets. Proficiency in retail ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large teams. Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities. What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience.
