Operations Manager – Medical Complex

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our medical complex.
Preferably: INDIAN NATIONALITY

Requirements:

* Proven experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or medical facilities.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, medical services, and clinical workflows.
* Understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient care processes.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and optimize operational efficiency.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

المتطلبات:

* خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وتشغيل المنشآت، ويفضل في القطاع الصحي أو المراكز والمجمعات الطبية.
* معرفة جيدة بالمجال الطبي والخدمات الصحية وآليات العمل داخل المنشآت الطبية.
* إلمام بالأنظمة الصحية ومعايير الجودة وسلامة المرضى.
* مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية عالية وقدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
* القدرة على إدارة فرق عمل متعددة التخصصات وتحسين كفاءة التشغيل.
* مهارات تواصل ممتازة والعمل تحت الض غط
* على الراغبين بالتقديم إرسال السيرة الذاتية
