Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities across Oman.
Visit potential clients, construction companies, consultants, retail businesses, and corporate customers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until project confirmation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Digital Marketing & Branding

Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. ).
Create engaging content, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Update and manage the company website and online profiles.
Generate quality leads through digital marketing activities.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Valid Oman Driving License preferred.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
