Description

Position: Admin & HR Assistant
We are currently seeking a qualified Admin & HR Assistant to join our team in the Sultanate of Oman.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support and maintain company records and documents.
Assist with HR operations and employee-related matters.
Support recruitment activities and coordinate interviews.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
Prepare official correspondence, reports, and HR documents.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth administrative processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Previous experience in administration or HR is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
