Job Vacancy: Assistant Foreman & Building Cleaner

We are looking for an Assistant Foreman & Building Cleaner to join our team and support the daily operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor workers and ensure assigned tasks are completed.
• Clean and maintain common areas, corridors, stairways, and building surroundings.
• Follow up on building cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Assist in property inspections and site visits.
• Report maintenance issues and tenant concerns to management.
• Support daily operational activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and field duties.
• Responsible, reliable, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or property management is an advantage.
