Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the fabric and retail industry, with a proven ability to lead sales teams, analyze market trends, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare, analyze, and present regular sales performance reports.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance and increase revenue.
Train, coach, and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Submit periodic reports, recommendations, and performance updates to the Marketing Manager.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maximize sales results.
Requirements:
5–6 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in the fabric, apparel, or retail sector.
Strong market analysis and business development skills.
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
Excellent sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis capabilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
