Job Title: Immigration Consultant (Sales Focused)
Location: Muscat, Oman

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to guide clients through immigration solutions with confidence and clarity.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining immigration pathways, and converting leads into successful enrollments. This is a target-oriented role where consultation and sales go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries related to immigration services.
Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration options.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective consultation
Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationship management
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Work closely with the team to improve conversion rates and customer experience

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in:
Immigration sales OR
Insurance sales OR
Banking/financial sales
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English or Bengali (any one or more preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
Ability to handle client objections and close deals
Basic understanding of international immigration processes is an advantage.
