Job Description: Mandi Chef (Specialist)

Position: Mandi Chef / Arabic Rice Specialist
Location: Oman
Salary: OMR 300–400 per month
Benefits: Food & Accommodation provided
Visa: Provided by the company

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mandi Chef who specializes in preparing all types of mandi dishes and Arabic rice cuisines. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of traditional mandi cooking techniques and be able to deliver high-quality food with authentic taste and presentation.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook all types of mandi dishes (Chicken Mandi, Mutton Mandi, Meat Mandi, Fish Mandi, and other varieties).
* Expert in preparing different types of Arabic rice and traditional rice dishes.
* Maintain authentic flavors, recipes, and cooking standards.
* Manage mandi preparation, seasoning, marination, and cooking processes.
* Ensure food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
* Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
* Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mandi Chef or Arabic cuisine specialist.
* Must be highly skilled in mandi preparation and all types of rice cooking.
* Good knowledge of spices, marinades, and traditional cooking methods.
* Ability to prepare large quantities without compromising quality.
* Professional attitude and strong work discipline.
