Description

Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve meals and drinks according to company standards.
Recommend menu items, promotions, and special dishes to guests.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any concerns professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or fine dining environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
