Job Description – Sales Executive (Rent a Car)

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, increasing vehicle rental bookings, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets for short-term and long-term vehicle rentals.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell car rental services to individuals and corporate clients.
* Identify and approach new customers through calls, visits, referrals, and online channels.
* Prepare rental quotations, proposals, and contracts.
* Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and VIP clients.
* Coordinate with operations staff regarding vehicle availability and delivery schedules.
* Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after rental periods.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience (car rental or automotive industry preferred).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Valid Oman driving license preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
