​A premium Abaya factory in Muscat is seeking a talented and experienced Abaya Designer & Factory Manager (Female) to lead our creative and production teams.
​ Key Responsibilities:
​Create and innovate modern Abaya designs.
​Oversee the full production cycle (cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing).
​Manage the workforce and ensure strict quality control.
​Coordinate with suppliers and source high-quality materials.
​ Requirements:
​Proven experience in Abaya design and factory/workshop management.
​Strong knowledge of stitching and embroidery machinery.
​Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
