Sales Manager – Filtration & Process Products (Oil & Gas)
Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Purpose
The Sales Manager will drive business growth across Oman’s energy sector by identifying, introducing, and registering
new international manufacturing Principles and their Process/Filtration products. This role requires a high-caliber
technical sales professional who can navigate complex engineering requirements, secure vendor approvals with major
operators (like PDO, OQ, etc. ), and build a robust market presence for newly represented brands. A candidate should
have excellent relationships with end users and commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Principle Onboarding & Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and introduce new international Principles/manufacturers of
filtration and process equipment to the Oman market.
Vendor Registration & AVL Management: Lead and expedite the technical pre-qualification and registration
process to place new Principles on the Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) of major operators (PDO, OQ, Daleel,
Occidental) and Ministry bodies.
Product Development & Launch: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for newly introduced products,
establishing brand awareness among local EPC contractors and engineering consultants.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with end-users to ensure newly registered
Principle products are specified in upcoming project designs.
Tender & Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial bids for new products,
ensuring strict compliance with local Oil & Gas engineering specifications.
Pipeline Management & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce as the primary tool for pipeline tracking, market mapping
for new products, forecasting, and submitting weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Client Visits & Field Travel: Travel frequently across Oman to meet clients, conduct technical seminars for new
products, and attend project meetings at interior oilfields or industrial hubs.
