Job Description – Marketing & Sales Executive (Female)
Location: Muscat, Oman
Salary: OMR 400 – 500
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote company services.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Marketing & Sales, preferably in the Gulf market.
Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Valid Oman Driving License is an advantage.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
