URGENTLY REQUIRED: FEMALE RESTAURANT MANAGER – OMAN

A reputed restaurant is looking for an experienced Female Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Salary Package: 400 – 500 OMR + Food + Accommodation Provided

Requirements:

* Female candidates only.
* Must have a Hospitality / Hotel Management degree or relevant certificates.
* Must have previous experience in restaurant or hotel management.
* Preference for Arab native candidates.
* Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
* Candidate must have knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
* Supervise kitchen staff, waiters, and service team.
* Maintain food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
* Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
* Monitor inventory, stock control, and coordination with kitchen team.
* Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns.
* Follow company policies and hospitality industry standards.
